Fair pricing for people who run shows.
Everything below is free while we're in beta. Here's exactly where pricing is heading, so there are no surprises later. The golden rule: your viewers are always free — you only pay for the people editing the rundown.

All prices in euros, ex-VAT, billed through our EU Merchant of Record. Annual plans bill yearly at ~2 months off. 30-day money-back guarantee on annual plans.
You pay for editors. Everyone else reads along free.
A live show might have 3 people editing the rundown and 80 reading along on comms. Charging for all 83 would be daft — so we don't. Talent, crew, clients and public-link viewers are always free and unlimited.
Pricing questions
What counts as an "editor"?
Anyone who can change the rundown — an owner, showcaller, or crew member with edit rights. Viewers (read-only) and people following the caller never count, and never pay.
What happens to my data after beta?
Nothing bad. Your shows stay exactly where they are. When paid plans switch on you'll get notice, a 14-day trial of the paid features, and a founder discount for being early. If you stay on Free, your shows keep working within the Free limits.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Monthly is flexible; annual saves you about two months. There's a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual so you can commit without the risk.
Do you do non-profit / education pricing?
Yes — 20% off Studio for registered non-profits, houses of worship and student-TV / education teams. Just ask.
Can I pay per event instead of subscribing?
Absolutely. The €25 Show Pass unlocks a single show with Pro features for 30 days. Run two shows a year? Buy two passes. Run shows every month? Pro will save you money.
What about timecode, OSC and automation?
showrun is the rundown and the calling surface — it never fires your cues. Integrations like timecode, OSC and Companion are on the roadmap as a future Broadcast add-on. They're not in today's plans, and we won't charge you for them until they ship.
